Individuality is the Key

Before you ever put a piece of food in your mouth do you think to read the label? Who knows what it contains or the nutrition value it has. I bet that doesn't even cross your mind. Just because the label reads low in fat doesn't make it healthy. If you continue reading your probably going to find that it's high in sodium or cholesterol. This chapter has impacted me greatly because it helps me to plan smarter eating habits and I also realized that food can be broken down many ways.
